Yes...he is Chuck Bass! 

If you are anything like me, you are still obsessing over Season 5's Finale of Gossip Girl...waiting in anticipation for the new season to begin.  Well, here is a little something to ease the GG void.  The one and only, Ed Westwick, took to the Runway at Men's Milan Fashion Week for the Phillip Plein show. 

Blake Lively's Chanel Campaign

I've waited in anticipation to see what would happen when you mix a little Chanel and Gossip Girl.. I'm talking about Blake Lively's new Mademoiselle handbag campaign for Chanel.  I think it's gorgeous!!  Mr Lagerfeld himself shot the campaign and I wouldn't have expected anything less than perfection.  The campaign is a little dark, but so elegant, classic and glamorous, I can't wait to see more! 

Clemence Poesy for Marie Claire US

Whilst I wasn't a huge fan of Clemence Poesy on Gossip Girl (maybe because I'm such a Chuck and Blair fan), I am absolutely in love with Clemence's current editorial shoot for Marie Claire US February 2011.  A simple, elegant and classic beauty complimented with a little Chanel, Fendi, Louis Vuitton and Marc Jacobs!

As the new season of Gossip Girl is set to air in Australia shortly, I thought it was time to embrace a little of the Upper East Side.  Every Blair Waldorf has their inner 'wild' side, evident by Leighton Meester's recent editorial in Marie Claire UK's December 2010 issue. Gossip Girl in Paris!

If you blinked, you would have missed it! One of the biggest style icons Ed Westwick or as we all know and love 'Chuck Bass' spent three days on Australia's shore.  I know.. I would have loved to have met him too!  As he left Australia's shore, he headed to Paris, for of course the filming of Gossip Girl Season 4, finally!  Yes my fellow Upper East Side lovers, Gossip Girl is back and more fashionable than ever before.  I think if Ed is filming it's safe to assume that Chuck is alive!  And where did Gossip Girl Season 3 leave off?......Well Chuck gave Blair an ultimatum and we re-lived the famous scene from 'An Affair to Remember' in this case Derota gave birth and so Blair was too late meeting Chuck at the Empire State Building.  Upset, he turned to and slept with little Jenny, which in fact was her first time.  Then Blair finally made it to Chuck and reconciled.  However, Dan, angry at Chuck belted him, just as he was about to propose to Blair.  Consequently it all came out.  Blair and Serena left for Paris, Georgina rocked up carrying Dan's baby, Nate was upset with Serena and rebelled, Jenny was sent to live with her mum, and Chuck got mugged, the ring got stolen and he got shot!!  And so where does that leave Season 4 of the scandalous lives of Manhattan’s elite?  Spotted... B and S canoodling with two mystery men.  Could this be a new chance at love?

Lovely Leighton

Leighton Meester one of my favourite fashionistas and of course Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl, recently featured on the cover of and spread in Instyle UK Magazine March 2010. Thought I would share this amazing, girlie, shoot with my fellow fashionistas and Gossip Girl lovers. I love the pastel colours used and how they contrast with her dark hair and the touches of black. The pretty pink dress she is wearing is by Louis Vuitton. The Marc Jacobs shorts she is wearing.... what can I say, anything that can combine my three favourite elements (Pearls, the colour lilac and ruffles) is amazing, as well as completely fascinating! I also love how the shorts are complimented with the gorgeous ruffle jacket. (It would all go perfect with my new ruffle, lilac bag!) How can I forget the cover shot! I want, I need, that dress, right now! It's pretty, feminine and of course lilac, not forgetting to mention that she looks gorgeous as always.. A true fashionista!
